MISSION STATEMENT
To bring together Cambodian immigrants and refugees who chose to
settle in the province of Ontario
To provide essential settlement services to all Cambodian newcomers
and immigrants
To facilitate the successful integration of Cambodians into Canadian
multi-cultural society
To preserve Cambodian culture and traditions
BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The Board of Directors is elected every three years by a General
Assembly. It is composed of five members: President, Vice
President, Delegate for Social and Cultural Affairs, Treasurer,
General Secretary.
COMMITTEE
Two Committees are selected by the Board of Directors:
1. Advisory Committee
2. Executive Committee
MEMBERSHIP
Membership is open to both Cambodians and Non-Cambodians upon
application. Cambodians may apply and be accepted as active members and may vote at the Annual General Meeting. Non-Cambodians
are welcome to be benevolent or sympathizer members without voting privileges.

Employment and housing referrals
Short-term supportive counselling
Crisis intervention
Outreach
Youth activities: Youth Drop-In program, sports, outing,
picnic, etc.
Special activities: social and cultural programs
Workshops, meetings, information sharing sessions
Educational Activities: Heritage Language class and
Culture Dance class
